1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Boca de Sapo iOS app (the "App"), a single-player and pass-and-play table game based on the Peruvian sapo throwing game. It has no companion website, account or backend service.
2. What the App stores, and where
Everything below is stored only inside the App's own local database on your iPhone or iPad. None of it is ever uploaded to a server, because the App has no server to upload it to.

3. Camera and photo library
If you choose to add a portrait to a Rivales seat or your own Libreta page, the App can use the camera to take a new photo or the photo library to pick an existing one. Both are entirely optional, are only ever triggered by your own tap, and the resulting image is stored solely inside the App. If you use the share sheet to save a round card image, the App requests permission to add that one image to your photo library — it never reads your library for any other reason.
4. Notifications
If you turn on the daily reto reminder in Ajustes, the App asks for notification permission at that moment and schedules a short local reminder for the next few days. No push token, advertising identifier or device identifier is collected or sent anywhere — the notification is generated and delivered entirely on your device.
5. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising
Boca de Sapo contains no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind, on you or across other apps or websites. The App's Privacy Nutrition Label on the App Store lists "Data Not Collected" for every category, matching the App Privacy manifest shipped inside the App.
6. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience table game and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information from anyone at all.
7. Data retention and deletion
All App data lives in local storage on your device. You can erase it at any time from Ajustes → Borrar datos, or by deleting the App, which removes everything immediately and completely.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version of the App adds an online feature — the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date, and the in-App description will reflect the change.
